Ark Environmental Services commercial service agreements are flexible and can be set up for any type of premises or business, to cover any type of pest infestations, contract cleaning work, washroom services and waste removals.
We believe the quality of our service speaks for itself and in keeping with our commitment to putting our clients’ needs first; unlike other pest control companies we don’t have minimum term contracts. Our service agreements can be for any period and with any frequency of service.
Features include:
Regular service visits/inspections to all specified areas of premises.
Installation of monitors/detectors in accordance with the pest specification.
Reporting system, recording each service visit, with details of pest infestation findings, advice or recommendations, treatment carried out and pesticides used. Emergency call-outs or follow-up visits to deal with infestations.
